The United Nations Human Rights Council is a UN body whose main objective is to investigate allegations of human rights abuse and ensure that human rights are addressed and upheld to the maximum extent. The agenda for the conference is ‘Humanitarian Aid and Rights of civilians in Conflict Zones with Special Emphasis on the Israel Palestine Conflict’ . Civilians have the right to be protected from violence, arbitrary detention, torture, and other forms of abuse. They also have the right to access humanitarian assistance, medical care, and basic services. Efforts to address the humanitarian situation and protect civilians in such conflicts .
